In its pursuit of excellence in fulfilling the vision of the institute, the area demonstrates its commitment to preparing the students/potential managers for understanding the unique characteristics of organizational behavior and the responsibilities associated with managing human resources in today’s rapidly changing work environment. The area engages in designing and conducting customized training programs in various functional areas of organizational behavior and human resource management. The area also offers an entire portfolio of specialized training programs that address the industry practitioners’ needs at all levels. The area plays a significant role in making the students/potential managers acquire the ability to articulate clearly, cogently, and logically managerial thoughts, ideas, arguments, and information in a manner that can demonstrate integrative, critical, and creative thinking while dealing with multiple stakeholders for sustainable growth and performance.
