The PGPEX-LSM program is a joint effort by IIM Sirmaur and RWTH Aachen (Ranked 19 Worldwide in QS Rankings for Mechanical/Aeronautical and Manufacturing Engineering) to develop leadersin smart manufacturing. It combines IIM's management strengths with RWTH's tech expertise. Key areas include Smart Manufacturing Systems, Sustainable Production, Digital Smart Production, Frugal Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0.

Who should apply?
- Engineers (B. Tech./BE/allied fields) with 60 percent marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA awarded by any of the recognized universities/IITs with at least 5 years of shop floor experience in manufacturing or allied areas (After completion of graduation).
- Minimum Age 25 years.
