The programme aims to fulfil multiple goals for higher education envisaged in the National Education Policy (NEP) – 2020. These include:
- To offer experiential learning and an application-oriented pedagogical approach.
- To emphasize on multidisciplinary and holistic development of students.
- To offer industrial training and interface to create corporate and industry-ready managers of tomorrow.
Programme Objectives
The programme envisages to fulfil the following objectives:
- To make the students industry-ready by training them in different functional areas of management, hands-on training on software, live projects, and capstone projects.
- To expose the students to the ever-changing dynamics of the world economy through international exposure.
- To offer holistic development to students through courses on happiness, mental well-being, Indian knowledge systems, movies & philosophy, etc.
- To sensitize students towards increasing global challenges like climate change fallouts, environmental degradation, sustainability, circular economy, etc.
- To provide the students with a good platform for pursuing higher education in diverse fields.
Expected Learning Outcomes
After the completion of the course, the student is expected to:
- Get equipped with adequate knowledge about different functional areas of management and the concerned practices, which will help them to work at different levels in an organization.
- Have a holistic view of life and the workplace.
- Understand the global business market and the associated challenges.
- Be able to address global challenges related to the environment and sustainability, helping to attain the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
