Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the MBA with AI for Working Professional at IIM Sirmaur, the candidate must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree (12+3 years) with at least 55% marks in graduation for General/OBC candidates and 50% for other categories.
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience.
• Successful completion of the pre-screening test and online interview.

This program is best suited for professionals with 2-15 years of experience across managerial, operational, analytical, consulting, or strategic roles.

Selection Process

The admission process includes:

1. Application & Pre-Screening Test
   Applicants appear for an assessment that evaluates analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and managerial aptitude.
2. Personal Interview
   Shortlisted candidates undergo an online interview with IIMS panel members and industry experts.
3. Document Verification & Admission Offer
   Based on overall performance, selected candidates receive the Offer Letter from IIM Sirmaur.
4. Enrollment & Onboarding
   Learners join the program and complete the on-boarding modules, including the Bridge Course (recommended).
