Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur cordially welcomed Dr. Priyank Narayan, Founding Director of Centre for Entrepreneurship at Ashoka University, and Dr. Mukesh Sud, Faculty of Strategy Area at IIM Ahmedabad, an event organized by Darpan- the Literary Club and ProdMan- the Product Management Club, to discuss their book "Leap Frog: Six Practices to Thrive at Work".
The discussion began with a brief summary of the book that explained the anecdotes and sections of the book. The writers then discussed the sustainability aspect of their book, as well as the beautiful journey they experienced while writing it.
They compared their book-writing experience to that of an entrepreneur and explored the fascinating blend of liberal arts and entrepreneurship.
They then talked about their target audience and how they write their book keeping the consumer persona in mind, adding more Indian context and female protagonists to most of the stories.
They concluded the event by offering guidance to the aspiring young authors.
