Biography

Rahul Bodhi (Ph.D.) is an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sirmaur, India. He holds a PhD in Management from the School of Management Studies, Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, India. He was a Visiting Research Fellow at the Graduate Institute of Digital Learning and Education, National Taiwan University of Science & Technology (NTUST), Taipei, Taiwan. He has conducted management development programs (MDPs) and training sessions in the area of HR analytics for senior bank executives and HR managers at various banks and financial institutions. He is also a visiting faculty at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Kolkata campus, Kolkata, for core and elective courses. His research interests lie in the Future of Work, Digital Transformation, Cyber Behaviour, Incivility, and Behavioural Outcomes. He has guided MBA and PhD scholars in cyber behaviour and well-being; one doctoral student has been awarded her PhD. His research appears in various leading journals, A/A*/CABS-3, including the International Journal of Manpower, Information Technology & People, Journal of Knowledge Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Intellectual Capital, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, among others.
