IIM Sirmaur hosted a session on “Market Forces and the Mobility Industry”, by Mr. Sudhanshu Sharma, National Sales and Operational Head, Lava International. Drawing on his extensive industry experience, Mr. Sharma shed light on the evolution of the mobility industry.

Mr. Sharma highlighted forecasting’s role in managing obsolescence, the importance of product differentiation through cost, quality, and innovation, and the need for aggressive investment using case studies from the tech industry.
