IIM Sirmaur collaborated with the National Center for Good Governance (NCGG), under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions, for their third webinar on Public Policy and Good Governance.

The session began with a welcome address by Dr. Surendrakumar Bagde, IAS, Director General of NCGG. Prof. Kalpana Gopalan, Retd. IAS, shared her insights on “Public Issue Management in Infrastructure Mega Projects: The Case of the Bangalore Airport,” while Prof. Aishwarya Harichandran, faculty at IIM Sirmaur, spoke on “Rationality of the Terrorist Group and Government’s Policy: A Game Theoretic Approach.”

The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Himanshi Rastogi, from NCGG, who expressed gratitude to the speakers and participants for their valuable contributions. This

webinar series brings together experts from IIMs and IITs, fostering meaningful discussions that shape the future of governance and policy.
