Mr. Pandi Alagu Raja Mahamuni, Head of People & Culture at Deluxe addressed our students on “Next-Gen HR: Strategies for Success” as a part of the Braindates guest lecture series.

He provided valuable insights into the evolving landscape of HR management and emphasized the shift from traditional HR roles to a more strategic, employee-centric approach, introducing a framework that outlined four key drivers: digital transformation, employee experience, engaging gig workers, and an agile mindset. He also emphasized the importance of digital transformation in streamlining HR processes and enhancing employee experience, while prioritizing well-being and work-life balance.
