About me

Harleen Kaur is a PhD Scholar in the area of OB & HR at the Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur. Prior to joining the institute in 2020, she completed her MBA in 2011 and worked for 8 years as an Assistant Professor at different universities and institutes. During her professional journey, she qualified for the UGC-NET exam in Labor welfare/HRM in the years 2018 and 2019. To pursue her career in teaching and research, she presented research papers at different conferences, such as IIM Indore, IIM Sirmaur, and Aligarh Muslim University. She also participated in different research-based workshops and FDPs on topics such as PLS-SEM, NVIVO, AMOS, etc.
