Indian Institute of Management, Sirmaur is organising Management Development Programme (MDP) on Role of Creative Thinking, Innovation and Leadership in Organisations from 23rd to 27th September, 2019 for the officials of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. at IIM Sirmaur Campus at Paonta Sahib, H. P.

This is a short term, customised, capacity building programme for the participants, who joined from different states across Northern India. The prime objective of this programme is to train the participants in design thinking, creativity, innovation and leadership. Prof. Sanjay Singh (Area Chair, Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, IIM Sirmaur) is the MDP coordinator and lead resource person.

Over five days, the participants shall have the opportunity to understand the value of creative thoughts and innovation in leading roles of organisation.
