NOTICE
This is with reference to Recruitment Advertisement No. 02/2021 Ref No: IIMS/Personnel/754/2020 dated 23/02/2021 regarding filling up Non-Teaching vacancies at IIM Sirmaur. The applications of the candidates for the post of “Financial Adviser & Chief Accounts Officer” have been scrutinized by the Screening Committee as per the hard copy of the documents submitted by the candidates with reference to the recruitment advertisement for the concerned post. Accordingly, the Committee has adjudged the candidates as Eligible/ Not Eligible as per Annexure I, mentioned below and uploaded herewith on the website of the Institute with this notice.
Group ‘A’ Positions:
(i) Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer (FA&CAO) - Annexure - I
2. It is clarified that the scrutiny of the applications at this stage has been done solely on the basis of forwarded hard copies of the filled in application form along with the certificates/testimonials submitted. It is intimated that the eligibility of the candidates at this stage is provisional. Merely being adjudged as eligible at this stage does not confer any right of his/her being selected for the post. If at any stage during the selection process or after the appointment is made, it comes to the notice that the candidate has submitted wrong information and suppressed any factual information as per the requirements of the recruitment advertisement and the Institutional norms in the matter, he/she will be treated and declared as Not Eligible and his/her candidature shall be cancelled.
3. The list of eligible/not eligible candidates is uploaded on the Institute’s website for applicants to view their status and convey objections, if any, within 15 days. Days will be counted from the date of uploading of the screening list on the Institute’s website. The candidates are to submit his/her objection(s) (if any) by email (attaching all self-attested relevant supporting documents) to careers[at]iimsirmaur[dot]ac[dot]in for considerations. The format of the same is at Annexure- II. No queries shall be entertained after the allotted time. Further, the final outcome of the considerations shall be informed to the candidates by email.
4. Finally, the eligible candidates will be called for the interview appropriately at a suitable time.
