Prof. Ajay Singal

Prof Ajay Singal is a Fellow (PhD) of Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has attended Harvard Business School, Boston for Global Colloquium in Peer Centric Learning and Blended Learning programs.

His teaching interests lie within the Strategy domains such as Business Strategy, Global Business Strategy, Capstone Simulation, Managing Change, Leadership & Strategy, Platform Businesses & Ecosystems, Business Research Methods. Being an active researcher, he has scholarly interests in Emerging Multinationals, Vulnerability and Ecosystems Strategy. His research has been published in popular journals such as International Journal of Emerging Markets, Benchmarking, Journal of Business Strategy, Strategic Change, Sage Open.

Prof Singal has a blend of industry (16+ years) and academic experience (9+ years) across Petrochemicals, Logistics, Steel, Information Technology and EdTech domain. Having spent 3 years in USA, 9 years in UAE, the rest in India, he has worked amidst diverse cultures and contexts. Prior to joining IIM Sirmaur, he was associated with Institute of Management Technology, Dubai.
