The session started with Mr. Tiwary talking about his corporate journey, his startup and the lessons learnt. Through the interaction the students gained better perspective on the startup culture, barriers involved, inventory based business model, entrepreneurship and key challenges to growth and expansion. Addressing the students Mr. Tiwary, stressed on the importance of keeping the fundamentals of business strong in order to start a new business. He also talked about managing the field expertise while switching roles and companies. He advised students to listen to one's instincts and to be honest to oneself. He emphasized on adversity being an opportunity to take a step back, reflect, plan and move forward.
