The Economic Times, in association with the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), organised an Education Leadership Summit at The Leela Ambience Karkardooma, Delhi, on November 23, 2022. This Summit is one of the largest Industry-Academia events and it had around 50+ eminent speakers, including Secretaries of the Central & State Education and Skill Development Departments.

Dr. Prafulla Agnihotri, Director IIM Sirmaur attended the occasion as an esteemed Guest Speaker in a high-profile panel discussion on “Converting Entrepreneurship and Innovation into Economic Growth to make India Atma Nirbhar.”

The theme of the Summit was Enriching The Education Ecosystem for a Future-ready Economy; India@100 years: Infinite Digital Opportunities for Education and Skills and Connecting North East Education with Leaders of Education and Skill Development. Its objective was to promote best practices of innovation and technology adopted by public educational institutions in India. This Summit acted as a ready-reckoner for the policies, reforms and innovative initiatives of the Central & State governments.
