Garima is a Ph.D. student at the Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur (H.P),specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. Her academic pursuit preceded her MBA from UIAMS, affiliated with Panjab University(Chandigarh). Before joining academia, Garima worked as an HR executive. Her research interests predominantly center around Positive organizational scholarship and exploring the intricacies of organizational virtuousness, workplace loneliness, organizational identification, and workplace conflict.
