IIM Sirmaur’s permanent campus is nestled among the beautiful mountains of the Sirmaur district. It is located in Dhaula Kuan, Himachal Pradesh, 2.5 hours' drive from Chandigarh and 2 hours' drive from Dehradun. 
The infrastructure, the designs, and the facilities provided by IIM Sirmaur are of state-of-the-art quality. The IIM Sirmaur campus has facilities for 600+ students across its programs and 60 permanent faculty members. IIM Sirmaur stands tall in providing knowledge to the students and making them empowered leaders with its permanent faculty members, immersive guest lectures from the big shots in the industry, and various other opportunities to explore their interests.
The overall design of the new campus reflects the traditional architecture of Himachal Pradesh and its history and culture. The Academic Block is surrounded by lush green forests on one side and tall, alluring mountains on the other.
The campus is known for its initiatives on sustainability towards the environment, which makes it a green campus. The initiatives taken to leverage this are providing bicycles to the students as a mode of transport within the campus, energy and waste management, and many more. The entire campus has been designed for a GRIHA (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment) Star rating.

The permanent campus has been operational since July 2024. The classrooms, Admin Block, Hostels, Mess, Student Activity Centers, Faculty Housings and other essential facilities are fully functional.
Along with the new campus, IIM Sirmaur continues to operate from its temporary campus in Paonta Sahib for the BMS program.
