About FDP
This two-day FDP programme is designed for faculty members, lecturers, research students and early career researchers who would like to get a sound understanding about writing their research work for peer reviewed national and international journal publications and doctoral dissertations. In this programme, participants will be subjected to different facets of writing, commencing with problem definition to sharing their published work in front of a larger audience. The programme participants will learn how to use and analyze data which will help them in their research work. The focus of this programme in particular, is to acquaint the participants with the skills required to publish in reputed national and international journals. In the course of the sessions, the resource persons will share their experience and proficiency related to journal publication which in turn will benefit the participants to generate high-quality research outcomes. In addition to this, the participants will also get an opportunity to discuss their research papers/ideas and their publication possibilities with the resource persons and clarify their queries regarding the same. With this aim, IIM Sirmaur presents a Faculty Development Programme on “The Art of Writing Research Papers”.
