It was a power packed day for Batch MBA05 2019-21 as the entire batch spent the day with Team BreakThrough visiting IIM Sirmaur campus. Day began with an assembly where the students were di-vided into 4 teams and performed 4 activities - 2 indoor and 2 outdoor. They even had one activity together in the beginning which was a tweaked version of stone, paper & scissors where they had Bear, Gun & Man (Guess who kills whom!). They also gave creative names to the teams (Avengers, Spartans, Bleed Blue & Synergy). The activities were team building exercises and came as a rejuvena-tion for students. They through these activities learned Optimisation, How to Strategise, Competing after Collaboration and Effective Communication.
