Programs Offered

HCLTech has partnered with IIM Sirmaur to provide higher education to its employees through the following programs offered by the institute as a part of the HCL TechBee Program:

1. Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) in digital learning mode
2. Executive MBA
3. Executive MBA (Digital Transformation and Analytics)

These cutting-edge programs offer an excellent foundation for the industry. With a curriculum that is custom tailored to suit current industry needs, these programme enable people to develop their skills and competencies. Admission to BMS programme in digital learning mode is proposed once in an academic year through an entrance exam/interview, while the classes will be conducted online on weekends.

Who is Eligible? (BMS in digital learning mode)

The following are the criteria of eligibility for this program:

1. This Program is offered to full time employees at HCLTech
2. A minimum of 60 % marks or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) in recognized board exams for general category & NC-OBC & EWS category candidates. 55% marks or equivalent CGPA for SC, ST & DA (>= 40% disability) candidates
3. Candidates will be selected through the selection process (decided by the institute)

Programme Fee (BMS in digital learning mode)

The overall fee for a four-year degree programme is ₹ 4,80,000 for the 2025 Batch. (₹ 1,20,000 per year)
