Biography

Dr. Jasmeet Kaur holds a PhD in Finance and Accounting from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi, awarded in March 2026. Her doctoral research examines the impact of COVID-19 policy interventions on firm–bank interactions in India. Her research interests lie in financial economics, banking, regulatory compliance and governance, and central bank policies affecting financial institutions. She also holds an MPhil in Commerce (Finance), an M.Com. and a B.Com. from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. Her teaching interests include Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Corporate Finance, and Bank Management.
