UDGAM 2.0, the annual business conclave of IIM Sirmaur, aims to provide Industry leaders and industry experts a platform for interacting and sharing their understanding of business trends, opportunities, and possibilities in the current and future scenario. With thoughtful interaction with industry leaders, the event promotes ideas, happenings, and alluring memories full of learnings. The takeaway for our viewers will be understanding of multiple years of industry experience in a relatively humble amount of time. Also, the online mode is not being viewed as a barrier. Instead, it has facilitated us in expanding our reach to a more diverse group of influential industry leaders. This year we will be hosting 14 speakers from eminent organizations across 3 panels.

Scheduled on 30th January 2021, the theme for this year's UDGAM is – India Beyond 2020. The theme signifies the various trends and strategies innovated or reconfigured and changed to tackle the pandemic's adversities.  The exact outcome of the newly brought policies in the new standard will be one that will be watched closely. By sharing their viewpoints, suggestions, and predictions upon which reforms could be the most beneficial for the economy beyond 2020, our experts will enlighten the audience about business in the new normal.
