Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur was delighted to host some of the most esteemed leaders in the EDCON'23 – the annual leadership conclave of Entrepreneurship and Incubation Cell. The panel consisted of Mr. Atul Mehta, Senior Vice President of Sales at Razorpay, Mr. Varun Sharma, Vice President of NoBroker.com, and Mr. Ravi Tijare, CEO of AdElemet Inc. The theme of the Online Panel Discussion was- “Cutting-edge Digital Marketing and Business Strategy.
Mr. Atul Mehta, Sr. Vice President of Sales, Razorpay, spoke about bringing a new level of enterprise experience for customers and keeping both the merchant’s and the merchant’s customers’ experience foremost. Razorpay gives its users the convenience of time, cost, and effort. He spoke on omnichannel marketing and integrating AI/ML being the next big thing of the future.
Mr. Varun Sharma, Vice President of NoBroker.com, spoke about customer retention, customer acquisition, and the steps they have taken to provide value-added services to their customers for better experience. He also talked about the strategies they use to provide to the specific requirements of their customers.
Mr. Ravi Tijare, CEO, AdElement Inc. (New York), emphasized the importance of personalisation for end users and the amount of thought that goes into it. He also talked about the performance improvement we get through the use of personalization and AI/ML.
Prof. Dr. Karthikeyan Balakumar, Assistant Professor, Marketing, IIM Sirmaur, moderated the session and began the discussion by bringing the topic of customer experience, and its importance, and the value-added services their companies are providing to enhance the experience of their customers.
Finally, the question and answer session began and the speakers were delighted to answer the flurry of questions from our curious students.
