To hone the negotiation skills of our students, Horizon - The HR Club of IIM Sirmaur, organised Barter Bae 2.0, an event designed to challenge participants' skills in negotiation, teamwork, and rapid decision-making.

Each team had 30 minutes to navigate complex bartering challenges. It was fascinating to observe our students as they confronted the challenges while mastering the art of negotiation and teamwork throughout the process.
