We recently concluded a 3-day Management Development Programme titled, “Mastering Leadership: The Art of Connecting and Assertiveness,” for officials of Petronet LNG Ltd.

The sessions were led by distinguished faculty members, Prof. Rinki Dahiya and Prof. Sonakshi Gupta, who emphasized emerging leadership styles, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution. Adding a technological perspective, Prof. Shashi Kant Srivastava conducted sessions on blockchain integration in HR, enriching participants with contemporary tools for organisational success.
