IIM Sirmaur is organizing a National Essay Competition on the occasion Swatchhata Hi Seva 2019 during 11th September to 27th October, 2019, for supporting Plastic Waste Free Campaign.
Theme: Plastic Waste Free India
Eligibility: Students pursuing under-graduate and post-graduate degree courses in various Indian universities/institutes/colleges recognized by the designated authorities.
Cash Prize: Winners will receive cash prizes.
The Essay should written in English. It should be neatly typed on A4 size. The font must be in Times New Roman size 12. It should be limited to 3,000 words, excluding references.
Essay Guidelines: The prize winners shall also be given a certificate. Names of the winners will be published on IIM Sirmaur's website. Winners will be contacted subsequently for the distribution of cash prize.
The Essay should contain the following: An Introduction, which introduces the problem area. A
Body, which may contain the problem discussion and solution approach. And towards the end, a Conclusion, which summarizes the work and analysis presented in the essay.
Submission Procedure: Soft copy of essay to be sent to competition@iimsirmaur.ac.in with 'Essay' mentioned in the Subject line.
Necessary Document: A self-attested colored scanned copy of valid student's Identity Card with date of validity must be submitted along with the essay.
Last Date for Submission: Entries may be submitted by 15th October, 2019 (1800 hrs)
