Greetings from IIM Sirmaur!  

           Welcome to the summer and final placement processes at IIM Sirmaur. It gives me immense pleasure to invite you to participate in our annual placement process. At IIM Sirmaur, we have tirelessly striven towards a vision of sculpting future leaders who are not only proficient in their respective domains but also empathetic individuals who understand the significance of their social responsibility. This has been possible due to our uniquely designed curriculum, a vibrant culture of experiential learning, and our most treasured assets - our distinguished faculty.

            Most of our faculty members are Ph.D from either IIMs or IITs or the best of the schools abroad. Their expertise spans across traditional business domains to emerging areas like digital transformation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship. We strongly believe that process of learning is not restricted to the classroom alone; in fact, more than 70 percent of learning takes place outside the classroom. Our faculty therefore encourage students to interact with them outside the classroom too. Their dedicated mentoring is the cornerstone of our students' transformation into proficient, well-rounded professionals.

           The students at IIM Sirmaur are groomed in strategic applications of the theoretical concepts to complex, real life business situations. They are encouraged to work on live projects or to assist the faculty members in their consulting projects or writing case studies. This exposes them to the big real-life world outside their curriculum. Our students are selected carefully through the Common Admission Test (CAT) followed by a personal interview. They come from different parts of the country and are a mix of experienced as well as freshers. The institute's collaborations with NSE and top French universities, as well as centers of excellence like our Centre for Healthcare Management and Innovation, and our Startup incubation center provide students of IIM Sirmaur with a rich platform for exploration and growth. This year, we proudly present our eighth batch of the MBA Programme and the third batch of our MBA Tourism Management Programme. In the subsequent pages, you will find the details of the batch.
