Dr. Vaneet Kashyap received his Ph.D in the area of Organizational Behavior from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. During his Ph.D, he worked on investigating the impact of servant leadership and employer branding on employee retention in Indian organizations. Prior to his doctoral research he was an Assistant Professor and has a total of 4.5 years of teaching experience at undergraduate and post graduate level. Prof. Kashyap is specialized in teaching courses on organizational leadership, Human Resources Management, Organizational Change and Development, Global HRM, Organizational Behavior. His current research areas include employer brand management, employee retention, organizational norms and work engagement.
