Dr. Nivisha Singh, is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur. She has completed her Fellow Program in Management (FPM) from Indian Institute of Management Indore. Prior to joining IIM Sirmaur, she was associated with Institute for Financial Management and Research (IFMR), Chennai.

Her dissertation is broadly based on how reverse knowledge transfer impacts the firm performance of emerging economy multinationals.

Her papers have been selected for presentation at various reputed international and national conferences such as Academy of International Business (AIB), Asia Pacific Research in Organization Studies (APROS-EGOS), British Academy of Management (BAM), Indian Academy of Management (IAM) conference, PAN-IIM World Management Conference, etc.

She has industry experience of approx. 5 years. She has worked with organizations such as Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd. and Radio Mirchi (Entertainment Network India Ltd.).
